ANNE B. PAGANO, LCSW, ACSW, BCD, C-ASWCM

Founder, Aging Remix, Inc.

Anne B. Pagano, LCSW, ACSW, BCD, C-ASWCM, is the Founder of Aging Remix, Inc. and Executive Director of the Hoarding Disorder Resource and Training Group, Inc. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 35 years’ experience in direct clinical services, supervision and administration in hospitals and long-term care facilities, and as a certified geriatric care manager.  Anne was also a faculty member at the Fordham University Graduate School of Social Services in New York as an adjunct professor in the field of Aging.  She has keynoted many national conferences and has been a guest on a local news programs promoting research-based techniques for working issues of hoarding disorder. In 2014, she was honored for outstanding excellence in social work and the achievement of women, by the National Association of Professional Women She holds a Master’s in Social Work from Simmons College School of Social Work in Boston and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Gerontology from the Hunter-Brookdale Center on Aging in New York City. Anne also works as an Aging Life Care Specialist through Pagano Senior Care, LLC.

Susan

SUSAN F. COHN, LCSW, MPH

Continuing Education Director

Susan F. Cohn, LCSW, MPH is the Continuing Education Director at Aging Remix. Susan is a social work administrator and clinician who has worked in aging services for nearly four decades. She has held program development and management positions at agencies including Jarvie Commonweal Service, Fordham University, the NYC Department for the Aging and Brookdale Center on Aging. Recently, Susan joined the staff of Riverdale Senior Services as the Clinical Social Worker, providing on-site counseling to the members. In addition, she is a psychotherapist in private practice in Ardsley, NY. Susan holds a Master of Social Work and a Master of Public Health degree from Columbia University and is a licensed clinical social worker in NY State.

Janet

JANET T. SMITH, LCSW-R, ACSW, C-ASWCM

Adjunct Speaker

Janet T. Smith is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Geriatric Care Manager, owner of Metropolitan Eldercare Services. She received her Masters of Social Work degree from Fordham University School of Social Services in New York City. Janet is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a board member of the NYS Chapter of the Aging Life Care Association. For the past 27 years Ms. Smith has worked with older adults and disabled adults in need of health care; specifically sub-acute care rehabilitation and home care / community- based care.

Teena received her Bachelors of Arts with a specialization in Journalism & TV Production from Mercy College. She completed her post graduate studies at Nyack Collage Alliance Theological Seminary and Westchester Community College.
